Hello everyone 
Are there any plans about releasing dry-transaction v1? The repo seems a bit inactive, not sure what are the plans for this awesome gem, I’d love to help if there is a clear roadmap of what needs to be done.

I’m not sure Dry Transaction 1.0.0 is a good idea for a few reasons:
- Dry Transaction was originally scheduled to be terminiated but there hasn’t been further activity one way or the other for quite some time now.
- There seems to be a growing preference for Dry Monads do notation.
- I’ve also been working on the Transactable gem which puts a strong focus on function composition.
Not trying to be a downer but have concerns around the current state of the Dry Transaction. I think there is a gap to be filled, especially when it comes to building composable pipelines with instrumentation baked in, but not sure Dry Transaction is the right choice anymore.
