Terms of Service seem to have placeholders in them

Hi,

I just went to read the Terms of Service before signing up, and I noticed that they still refer to “company_name”. They also say the governing law is that of California in the US (https://discourse.dry-rb.org/tos#18), which may not be ideal if that’s not where you are.

In a similar vein, while looking for a place to post this, I clicked on the “Site Feedback” link under “Powered by You” in the FAQ, but it’s a 404.

To be honest I’m sure how we should change it given that there’s no…company. Any suggestions are most welcome.
