# Terms of Service seem to have placeholders in them

Hi,

I just went to read the Terms of Service before signing up, and I noticed that they still refer to “company\_name”. They also say the governing law is that of California in the US ([https://discourse.dry-rb.org/tos#18](https://discourse.dry-rb.org/tos#18)), which may not be ideal if that’s not where you are.

In a similar vein, while looking for a place to post this, I clicked on the “[Site Feedback](https://discourse.dry-rb.org/c/site-feedback)” link under “Powered by You” in the FAQ, but it’s a 404.
